We designed and prototyped a hydroponic system tailored for a specific non-food crop, aimed at large-scale deployment across diverse countries by a global blue-chip company. This innovative system transitions the crop from soil to a soil-less production environment, enhancing quality, consistency, and availability, while enabling production independent of soil types and quality.

Outcome:

The project was delivered with comprehensive data-backed financial metrics, informing the financial models and business case for scaling and adoption. Our analysis demonstrated that the crop could be produced competitively, considering the capital efficiency of this dedicated system.
